Meet the Team
The Chineham Chat is run entirely by volunteers who give up their time to ensure you are up to date on all community matters.
Want to know who makes up the Team? All current members are listed below, along with their role in the Chat.
Jo has been Editor of the Chat since 2015, and has been resident in Chineham since about 2004. Living with her husband and two children, Jo fits the Chat around her job in scientific publishing, making this a busman's holiday!
Kirstie has been the Assistant Editor for the Chineham Chat since 2019.
She lives in Chineham with her Husband and their four boisterous chinchillas: Moondust, Midnight, Skippy and Bouncy.
You can normally find her with a nose in a good book or writing short stories in her many colourful notebooks.

Tony lives in Chineham and has a very varied number of hobbies. When he's not engaging in Peruvian throat singing or trying to find rare orchids, you can usually find him in the local pub enjoying a pint (or five).
Mike & Kathryn Price
Mike and Kathryn are both Basingstoke born and bred, living in Chineham. Both working locally and busy running around after their young son, they are mostly powered by cake.
Peter is our talented photographer and whilst his photographs wouldn't be out of place in the National Geographic, he is content to enjoy the fresh air of Chineham and share his photographs with the local community.
Originally from Salford, and a keen Manchester United fan, he has been a member of Basingstoke Camera Club since 1989, where he is a Past President, and holds the distinction of LRPS with The Royal Photographic Society.
Kim moved to Chineham and joined the team in 2017. She enjoys countryside walks (and pubs), gardening and being away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Toni is our Treasurer and when she's not working, looking after her family or running you'll probably find her enjoying a few pages of a good book with a piece of cake.
Passionate gardener and wine drinker, Holly lives with her Husband and famous cat in Chineham and helps keep the Chineham Chat website running :-)
Maxine helps make local business adverts look awesome. When she's not designing graphics, she enjoys running marathons, train spotting and making unusual cheeses in her kitchen.
Do you have a passion for helping your local community and a few hours of month to spare?
