Chineham Phone Boxes

What has happened to the Chineham phone kiosks? I know BT wanted to get rid in 2016 but I thought they were saved. I know that mobile phones mean people don't use phone kiosks any more, but surely the reason there was a consultation a few years back was because in an emergency mobile phones aren't always available, and/or working, and the phone kiosks are part of the emergency network. After all, what mugger leaves their victim with their phone?

Now with social distancing, if there is an emergency, it is that much more difficult to use someone else's phone. I am feeling mugged.
