Disability Awareness Day 26th March
Basingstoke & District Disability Forum (BDDF), your local friendly disability charity invites you to the Disability Awareness Day, a free to attend, online and on radio event. This year the event will be held online on Friday March 26th. Please share this information with friends and family who may benefit.
Free to attend, the day will be full of video updates from local disability charities and support groups, each providing a current service update. Main themes for the day are Mental Health Wellbeing and Tackling Isolation. The two topics you told us are most important as per our lockdown survey. Full itinerary available on our website soon and also includes interactive sessions for both children and adults.
The day will be split into sections, you choose which ones you want to join live and all can be watched later via our website. Between 10-12pm you can also join us Live on HHCR, Basingstoke Community radio. Please tune in! All other sessions are available via Facebook and Youtube.
