About this Event

Dave Reece is a Tadley-based International recording artist, songwriter and guitarist. He is a guitarist following in the footsteps of his piano playing cousin, Christine McVie of Fleetwood Mac. His own playing has been influenced by Peter Green, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty, and others he has played alongside.

Apart from releasing solo albums and playing live Dave also dedicates his time to encouraging new talent through teaching privately and also at the Hurst Community College and The Tadley Community Primary School. He also played live at The Corn Exchange (Newbury, Berks) with his guitar student and child prodigy Eric ‘Eggy’ Little in 2007.The BBC has used some of Dave Reece’s songs in a program documentary called ‘Honey we are killing the kids’ in 2005. Dave’s recent album releases were ‘I wanna be a cowboy’ in 2019 and ‘Songs and stories’ in 2017. His albums have been reviewed in various magazines including Rock ‘N’ Reel magazine. Dave’s music is streamed all over the world with the biggest audience in the USA.

The Rock and Country album features 11 tracks and will be made available on all digital streaming platforms including Amazon, iTunes, Spotify and Soundcloud .
