Help share important messages to those not online

It’s more important than ever to stay connected and communicate with others during the coronavirus crisis – especially if you are seeking help or need information – and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is offering plenty of support to help you do this.

The council is working hard to reach all residents with important messages during this challenging time through its digital channels, the local media and community publications and leaflets and posters. Residents are encouraged to share information with friends, family and neighbours and for those people who are not online, regular newsletters are being produced available at www.basingstoke.gov.uk/covid-19-information-sharing  These newsletters, which include important updates on council services and how to access help and support, can then be printed out by family members, friends or neighbours and distributed to those people who do not have access to the council’s digital information and may have missed other communications.

Residents are reminded to follow social distancing guidance at all times to make sure everybody stays safe. Remember to wash your hands before printing the paper and putting it through someone's door and make sure you wash your hands after delivering too.
